Charter for the use of personal data of Avéliance Conseil
During the recruitment process, we may need to ask you for certain personal information in order to ensure that your profile matches the requirements of the position and to be able to present a complete file to the client company.
Only information relating to your professional skills or to any specific features of your working conditions is necessary for this purpose. This information is indeed necessary for the proper processing of your application, but it is your choice whether or not to provide it.
The legal basis is Article 6.1.a of the European Data Protection Regulation (consent).
When your profile is likely to correspond to the needs of one of our clients, we may be required to send them a file containing information about you (CV, interview report, test, etc.). Your file will only be sent to the company for which you are applying.
If we think that another offer for another client could correspond to your profile, we will ask for your agreement before sending your file to the client in question.
It is possible that one of our clients is located outside the EU, in which case we will ensure that the client respects the confidentiality of the data transmitted to them.
This transfer of data is carried out in your interest in order to allow you to apply for the position you want (exemption provided for by the RGP art 49.1 RGPD).
You may, of course, object to this, in which case your file cannot be presented to the client.
The company responsible for processing is Avéliance Conseil. In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the amended law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, communicate, rectify, update and delete your personal data at any time, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a control authority.

In all cases, your personal file will be deleted from our Taleez database within 24 months of your last contact with our firm and in the case of your recruitment, the data will be deleted within 24 months of the end of the assignment with our client.
